Supervisor Role
As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of 1-3 lawn care technicians to ensure each project is completed within a timely manner and maintains premium quality. The ideal candidate is a self-started individual that can effectively communicate within a team. Part of the Supervisor’s role will be to communicate directly with customers and represent the company in a professional manner. Pay: $15.00 -$20.00 per hour Job type: Part-time (transitioning into full time) Experience: Lawn Care: 2 years (Preferred) Responsibilities Manage team of 1-3 lawn care technicians Train new employees Maintain lawns to a premium standard Required: having a truck (you will be reimbursed on mileage) Increase brand awareness by communicating with customer and distributing promotional items Schedule 30-40hr shift Flexible Weekends
Crew Member
We are searching for dependable crew members who love working outdoors in all aspects of the landscaping business. Crew Member roles involve: Mowing/lawncare, Landscaping, Assisting with Material pick-up and delivery, Job Site Cleanup, & Pressure Washing. Opportunities for additional pay are available if you show us over several months that you are able to take leadership & are dependable.
